Description: It is a portable unit, ideal for separating various types of solids from solid mixtures and gradation of products based on their particle sizes to get uniformly sized product.
All contact parts of the machine are made of ss-304 / 316. The unit consists of a motor, a suitable ss-sieve of any mesh to suit the product sizes. The sifting process is done by means of the gyratory vibrations generated by balanced flywheels. Amplitude of the vibrations is adjustable by selecting appropriate the movable weights on flywheels to suit the product needs so as to ensure a continuous circular motion at any point on the screen and to eliminate the vertical motion the material to be processed is fed through a ss hopper provided with a lid and is discharged through chute. The unit is mounted with heavy duty castor wheels for easy movement.
